There are two tall palm trees on each side of the driveway and a fruit tree to the left of the home.All furniture and decor will go with the home. We request that upon selling the home that we be permitted to make a trip down from our home in Tennessee to obtain personal items in the home such as family photos, books, movies, clothing trunks etc. and my motor chair from the shed.Upon selling the home the new buyer will need to submit an application to live in the community for approval. There is a coded lock box with the house key inside and the code can be changed at any time. Electronic gate keys are provided for you at the clubhouse.We have thoroughly enjoyed this home for vacations. The members of the community and our neighbors have been exceptional. We are selling this home to purchase a larger home in Tennessee where we live full time.
