It had a queen bed, dresser, book shelf and whatever teenage boys hoard and keep. This room has a large closet.In between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom with a walkin shower with seats and glass doors. Plenty of room for storage.The home sits on a lot in Ruther Glen. The lot rent is 300 a month and it includes water, sewer and trash pickup twice a week. The biggest thing that won me over is the house is at the end of the street....no one is in front of me...i look at birds, rabbits, a creek and a field (which i dont cut the field). Very quiet area only heard my dog bark when people drove to the end of the street to turn around. I ;lived in this house alone and never felt threaten or afraid.
