Great views of the flatirons from the roof of the porch. This roof has only a gentle incline so you can put a lawn chair up there and gaze at the flatirons, get a tan, read a book, or unwind in whatever way you see fit!9. Other things of note: new (2009) swamp cooler coated with submarine sealer, roof coat was applied last year, refrigerator/stove/washer/microwave included.10. Perfect for a first-time buyer because I can include many other items in the price like ladders and the lawnmower. I am not planning to take anything with me when I leave except what can fit in my car. Mobile homes are great for retirees, but retirees already know that. What many people don't know is how awesome they are for students as well! Perfect for a grad or Phd - but I got turned onto trailers by my best friend who is an undergrad. Vista Village in particular is very nice compared to most trailer parks. The roads are wide and paved, there is a playground for the kids, a community center, a pool, it's really great!
