It literally only takes a few minutes to get the house up to a comfortable tempurature with the upgraded heating system. Window air conditions are plenty to keep it cool in the summer. Trailer is located across the street from an area where you can play fetch with your dog. Not a lot of traffic up in here, so greate place to ride bike, walk or run. Neighbors are friendly.
