Florida room- It has an additional Florida room (10'x20') attached to it that is fully furnished with a desk/office area and a pull out click/clack sofabed and A/C. Entertainment center on one wall with cable TV, etc. and a storage closet on one end. New mini blinds and laminate flooring were added. Custom Behr paint is sage green with cranberry trim and accents. Bedroom- We added a 10'x11' master bedroom suite to the RV. This has a queen bedset in it, lighted ceiling fan and A/C. Also has a flat screen TV. The wall colors in here are vanilla cream and one wall is even painted with Venetian plaster treatment. This looks sort of like 'marble' if you don't know what Venetian plaster is. We added a door off of the bedroom to the back of the trailer.  Laundry room & walk in closet -Attached to the bedroom is a walk in laundry room/closet (6'x8') with washer & dryer, clothes bins for folding clothes and clothes hanging racks against one wall. We also added a 2nd toilet in this room. There is a window with mini-blinds that looks out to the side of trailer. Kitchen- We gutted the kitchen and started from scratch. We incorporated a basically unusable bathroom and took this space over for the kitchen. We also went out over the tongue 4 feet. The kitchen is massive (8'x19') and unlike any RV kitchen you will find. There are regular sized cabinets and appliances in there. No smaller trailer stuff. The refrigerator is double door and has an icemaker with an ice dispenser in the door. There is under the cabinet lighting and we added a normal sized deep two well sink. The cabinetry is regular sized and even has a built in spice rack. We upgraded the ceiling lights to the small track lighting that you can adjust to your desired position. The stove is a regular sized gas stove. We added a dining area in the front of the kitchen with a very large glass sliding door, which overlooks a really cool window box with brightly colored live flowers (purslane) that I added to the front of the trailer. We also added laminate flooring. Gazebo- This is one of our favourite spots in the entire house. We added a door to the kitchen that goes straight out onto an elevated enclosed screened gazebo (10’x10’). It is lighted with a ceiling fan and a regular sized beer and wine fridge. We spend a lot of time out here entertaining the friendly folks that we have met in the park. The gazebo overlooks a water treatment that I call a 'hillbilly' fountain. It is really cool and you would have to see it to believe it. My husband also has a bird feeder next to the fountain and the many different varieties of birds love to eat and perch on the fountain and take sips of the tumbling water. The gazebo also has a door that goes to the outside via railing and steps. Bathroom- This is a personal favourite of mine. I was so fed up with tiny bathrooms that you find in RV's. In most of them it is quite difficult to get in and out of the tubs they have. Not to mention regular bathroom activities that become very uncomfortable in tiny spaces. We took what used to be the bedroom of the trailer and made it into a luxurious bathroom (8’x7’). It is enclosed and accessible through a door from the Florida room. We added a very large two person Jacuzzi brand tub, sink and toilet. On a whim, after my visit to Italy, I decided we had to have a 'bidet'. So, for you 'bidet lovers' out there, we also have a bidet in the bathroom. Probably the only RV in Florida with a bidet! The Jacuzzi tub has also been modified to include one of those 'waterfall' showerheads (like rainfall), so it is actually either a tub or a shower. It has lace curtains, plenty of storage, and even a curio shelf. We also upgraded the water heater to accommodate the Jacuzzi (it is now a 40 gallon propane hot water heater) so hot water is never a problem. Painted a light green with darker sage green highlights. It also has laminate for the flooring. The light fixtures were upgraded to the adjustable track lighting. SHED- We also added a shed (10'x12') for storage or small projects. OUTSIDE- We love our little cottage and have added many special touches that make us want to come home. The outside of the RV is bright and cheerful and not at all like all of the other RV's that are dull white with bits of bland accents. It is a creamy yellow colour with green trim and a few small orange daisies scattered about as accents. A very soothing cream colour with kelly green shutters, skirting and accents. I have also added flower gardens right near the front door, in front of the gazebo by the water garden, in front of the laundry room and down the side of the house. As well as a window box with flowers and herbs out from the kitchen. TThis RV is not just a 'house' to us, but a 'home'. We hope you will like it as much as we do!!
