NOTES: I've had Sentricon bait traps around the lot for termite prevention. When I had the mobile home leveled approx 2 yrs ago I asked the contractor to check underneath the house as I wanted to know if there was any termite damage. He said the home is well-built, my floors are solid, the structure is sound, and no signs of termites reaching the house-- said that they usually start on the deck, and in my case they had eaten part of a beam in the front of the deck before I bought the home (5-1/2 yrs ago) and there was an old, inactive tunnel (rear of the deck), said there were plugs under the house so the former owner apparently took care of the place. I always had the pre-season done on the AC and furnace.
