  • Located in Emerald Village Mh Park - learn more about this mobile home community. This is a comfortable older home that has had three owners since new and is in very good original condition. Several thousand dollars were recently spent to put a completely new roof on the dwelling, replace all of the old windows with new energy efficient vinyl windows and install new gutters and a new Crane heat pump. The washer, dryer, freezer, microwave, stove, ceiling fan and disposal were all recently installed. The water heater was replaced a few years ago and the furnace has been recently serviced. The carpets and bathroom cabinets were replaced about 6 years ago and are in good condition. There is a new thermal pane slider opening onto a nice screened porch off of the kitchen and family room. A carport and a garden shed are also included with the home.   There is a large master bedroom with excellent storage and a large master bath room also with excellent storage. The second bedroom is fairly small and also has good storage. There is a good sized family room ajacent to a very servicable kitchen. There is ample cabinet space in the kitchen including a pantry and a utility closet. An island counter / eating bar with storage underneath is located in the center of the kitchen. And alternate design of this unit had replaced the family room with a third bedroom which is still an option. Off of the kitchen is a hallway out to the car port. On the right of the hall are the furnace, washer and dryer with overhead cabinets. On the left of the hallway is the main bathroom and water heater. The living room is very large and full of light. It is open to a good sized dining room/area which has had a new ceiling fan and lights installed. The interior is panelled in the original Walnut panelling which is in good overall condition.
