State of the art security system with ip cameras (you can dial in from your iphone to view any camera or the system), computer server networked recording all activity, motion sensor on driveway and side of house. Super safe neighborhood and town, security is a bit overdone but sort of fun anyways.. Please feel free to ask questions, i have more pictures but to be honest won't really send out a whole lot more, if you're serious about the area and home, you'll probably need to come see it in person, it would make more sense.. There is some work needed, it is all negotiable, I am doing some more remodeling here and there such as refinishing hardwood floors, and simple misc, but i don't want to get too involved in it as someone will potentially want to add their own touches, condition of the house is around 8 or 9 out of 10, it has a few flaws, but nothing major, and it's all negotiable for right buyer. thanks for looking..
